Steel Expanded metal mesh
All of our steel meshes are made from a variety of grades. The most common grades are Hot Rolled, Cold Reduced, Electro Zinc and Galvanized Steel. All materials can be coated using various applications, i.e. galvanizing, painting, plastic coating etc. All steel grades supplied conform to the relative quality standards. Other steel materials and non-standard meshes can also be produced to order.
Stainless Steel Expanded metal mesh
The standard range of Stainless Steel Expanded metal mesh are predominantly produced from Grade 1.4301 (304S15). Other grades can be supplied. The most popular alternative grades are 1.4401 (316S31), 1.4016 (430S17), 1.4541 (321S31) and 1.4845 (310S24). All material is fully annealed prior to the expanding process but further annealing and descaling can be applied after the manufacture of the product. This will aid the levellness and the ductility of the product.
